In-One Property Management Additional Services
Inspection Reports
As part of your key holding service we will provide you the client with a monthly inspection report advising you of any repairs, maintenance or incidents that have occurred, reporting all findings and allowing you to make any decisions before any work is undertaken. All quotations are provided prior to any work.
Managing Bookings
A full end-to-end service will be provided for all clients renting out their property, including free advertising on the In-One Property Management web site. Bookings from both you the client and any web enquiries are on one central diary system to stop any double bookings etc. Payments collected are forwarded on to you and retained deposits are taken to cover any possible damages. Car rental can be arranged for airport pickup. All booking costs can be covered within your rental income. (See Prices).
Internet Rental Listings Packages
We have various packages to help you get the most from your property if your looking to rent it out. The packages we offer will get you onto some of the best rental sites listed at the top of most search engines. Packages start from £69 up to £249, Ask for further details.

Inventory Checks
All clients will receive a full and detailed inventory check-list of all items with the property, including any garden furniture etc. This will be checked after every rental and any breakages or losses will be deducted from any holding deposits. Any item/s under £100 will be replaced automatically. All other item/s to be replaced over £100 will be discussed with the client prior to purchase. This is part of the key holding service.
Call-out Service
This service is mainly used to meet and liaise with guests and tradesmen. From 8am - 4pm there is no charge for the first 30 minutes. We also offer a 24 hour service for emergencies. Clients will be charged a one-off charge for the first 30 minutes and then hourly charges will apply thereafter.
Golf Hire
Pre-book equipment required (clubs, trolley, buggy etc). Course can be pre-booked prior to arrival to ensure preferred tee off times. Details of other local golf courses available.

Bike Hire
Men’s, ladies’ and children’s bikes available (inc child seats if required). Daily and weekly rental available. Safety helmets supplied at extra charge.
